I have witnessed artists who understand the potency that exists for both financial reward and fan development at the merch table and seen too many artists (the vast majority, I am sad to say) put no effort into it and lose not only revenue but potential life-long fans. So, here are some of my observations and suggestions to making your merch table a buzz with activity and a source for fan development and profit.
